Make sure that those filters that aren't working are in the correct slot and
that they have the thin insulator board underneath to prevent shorting out.

You could move the filter to another position to see if the filter or the
switching to that filter slot is at fault If the Orion works like the Omni
VI there may be some bandpass shift or BFO adjustments necessary to make it
work.
