Funny you should mention that. I have just purchased an Argo VI and
love the separate Rf and AF controls. Not quite so happy about
selecting which row of push buttons but that has not been a major issue.
I have been debating on whether to get the matching amplifier but my
Jupiter works when I need 100 W.

These important functions deserve separate controls. One should not have to push a button or a knob before he can adjust either function. These are so frequently adjusted, they NEED separate controls. I think that is my only objection to either radio. ----------------------- K8JHR -------------------- On 8/8/2013 1:18 PM, Rick - DJ0IP / NJ0IP wrote:In 2004 I tested my brand new Jupiter ...and did a write up of my opinion.__________________________________________________ . _______________________________________________ TenTec mailing list TenTec@contesting.com http://lists.contesting.com/mailman/listinfo/tentec ____________________________________________________________ Want to place your ad here?
