[TenTec] Omni VII and Orion tests also uploaded

I have uploaded a couple more tests which I personally performed on these to
radios.

The OR test was shortly after its introduction, the OM7 test was prior to
the announcement of the radio.

Keep in mind that these tests were made in Europe where condx are much
different on the low bands than they are in the states.
