No, those are very specialized settings for DTR and RTS.
Push the "SET" button to the right after choosing "TT Orion" in the
appropriate COM port pulldown. A child window will open and you will see
"Suggested TenTec Settings Orion: 57600, N, 8, 1, Handshake, Handshake"
That's what you want to use.
