[TenTec] capacitor change in the Corsair II and Omni V

I think I will begin on the logic board and then go after the IF Board...the 
before and after will be monitored on an audio analyzer into the 
computer...unless I get ambitious and take it to work and use the test gear 
there...regardless, it will give me a few hours of soldering and the illusion 
of improving the rig. hi.
