I was going with what my Orion's meter said. The only external meter I used
was the one in my external antenna tuner and I'm pretty sure that that needs
to be recalibrated.  I was only using the antenna tuner's reading as a
relative indication.  But the Orion does indicate around 40 w, not 20.
