But why would anyone want to market a few components to upgrade the Omni
VI+? The only reason to market an upgrade is through a propietary circuit
board that is beyond a Hints and Kinks type upgrade.
Im thinking someone has gone berserk and made some firmware that puts the
transciever in higher performance territory. Maybe an interface using the
processor and hadware available, or has a board that replaces the processor
and firmware thereby elevating the entire control aspect. Maybe a board
that can be changed back to stock if need be. Maybe make the rig levitate
and spin.
Only the Omni VI could inspire the muse to move someone to come up with
something to make it even better than it is.
