The archives of this list contain many postings on cures for Scout drift while the microcontroller is occupied with keyer duty. Fan on the heat sink at full power seems to help. There were in QST some cap changes to stabilize the PTO with temperature coefficient caps. Not going over 25 wpm is another sure cure.
