Ka-GOLD from Interflex works extremely well; there is a free demo
version at www.interflex.com. Unfortunately, like most good programmes,
Ka-GOLD is not exactly inexpensive, but it will certainly handle the
KAM (both ports, all HF modes). I have it running 24 hrs a day here on
my 70cms mailbox, alongside my logbook package, never a glitch. It runs
under Windows - or DOS, any version of Windows. I have even run it under
Linux using the DOS emulator package.
I have also run two copies of it side by side, windowed and talking to
two separate KPC-3's on 2m and 70cms. No problem. I think it is magic.
