[TenTec] OPTION 3 upgrade

Clock set for OMNI VI with option 3:

choose USER MENU 1, (press LOCK button down for 2 seconds to get
to the menu, press "1" to get menu 1),  Select item CCd.  
Enter hours and minutes, beginning with a zero if necessary.
