1. NCCC NS Practice, 6/25/10
Call QSOs Mults Score Category Time State Club
K4BAI 55 24 1,320 SOLP 0.5 GA SECC
W4NZ 47 18 846 SOLP 0.5 TN TCG

This week, it was only 20 and 40M, so mults were down. Dupes were
permitted after one intervening QSO, so QSOs were up. K7SS had a
terrific QSO total and total score.

2. ARRL Field Day.

NA4K 1848 1639 0 10,404 2A LP 24 TN Ops not listed
other than NA4K, but pretty sure W4NZ and K0EJ and others were there.

K4JRB ? ? 1D LP GA SECC

Appears that most of us haven't figured out our scores yet. CARC and
RCRC had fun using the SECC club call, W4AN, in AL with two CW stations,
two SSB stations, one Digital station, one GOTA station (W4CVY), and one
VHF station. We made five green power QSOs, at least one satellite QSO,
and had a bunch of kids using PSK31 under supervision of N4DJV. Had a
lot of networking and logging problems, which have delayed the final
totals a bit. We were visited at the site by a local GA Superior Court
judge, Gil McBride, a friend of FD Chairman K4EOR and K4BAI. We copied
the ARRL FD message and sent FD messages to the SMs of GA and AL. Had a
very good meal prepared on site Saturday evening. Quit an hour early
due to thunderstorms in the area.

Hope everyone has a great weekend, a happy holiday, and many QSOs and

RAC Contest in time to alert everyone ahead of time. I made 20 or 30
contacts in the RAC last night on 80 low power, the only band I have got
set back up after Field Day.

73, John, K4BAI.
