I didn't hear any RTTY stations above 7100. Nor SSB. Used to be tons  
of CW signals from 7100-7150 kHz 20 years ago. I hardly ever hear any  
signals there any more, other than SWBC carriers.

Perhaps during a RTTY or SSB contest, the CW ops might head to  
7100-7150. At least for the next two or three years.
