The first come first served provision will be mandatory!
As to the first sentence of Matt's message, I have repeatedly
requested that such a
"honor" be submitted for inclusion in the Constitution of the Club.
The truth of the matter is that I am simply not capable of writing
such a inclusion.
To put it another way, I think in black and white.
Please, will someone submit a proposal?
