[SECC] Result of Vote on Amendment to By-Laws to Add Treasurer Office

Actually, just in the event that his motion passed, I saved Ed's 
original e-mail with the proposed wording.  I'll use that to make the 
change and post it on the web site this evening.

If that wording is incorrect, send me the correct version and I'll 
update the page.
