[SECC] Phonetics

Although I cannot even begin to imagine what the connection is between
the 2 and 4, I was forever getting the "qso b4" when K2SB was more
active. In cases where my signals were significant enough, I have
"rammed" it down their throats that I was a 4, NOT K2SB.
