[SECC] 175 vs Section

I wish we could include all stations in Georgia but not at the cost of
losing our existing members. I am fairly new but have enjoyed the posts on
the reflector and feel part of the group. And that group is the current 175
mile radius..

If there is a officical vote I vote to keep it like it is..
