[SECC] NAQP Names

  I think I'll stick to Ken. I'd hate for the contest programs to update my 
name in the .dat files to some other fictitious name. I agree with whoever said 
to keep it easy and simple. How much simpler can a known first name be? Why 
repeat more often than necessary?
