[SD-User] Uploading fixed

Hi,

My uploading problem to LoTW is fixed, thanks to Hannu. Have to convert file to 
Cabrillo to submit LOG but if it won't upload to LoTW just go back to SD Check 
and convert original file to ADIF and retry upload, I found this works OK.
