As has been pointed out to you on multiple occasions, John, the sub-bands in
which unattended operation is permitted are not
exclusively assigned to unattended operation. When it defined these sub-bands,
the FCC made it clear that operators of unattended
stations must mitigate any interference caused by these stations.

Your continued attempts to blame the interference problem on attended stations
who venture into frequencies exclusively allocated to
unattended stations is factually incorrect and intellectually dishonest.

This was tried already by the "auto sub" band. But it did not work
because the auto stations
still got "heat" from a few that would enter that sub band to have their
"live" QSO
then complain very loud.

So it looks like the only way out is to just plain outlaw anything but
AUTO in that section
of the band. by "LAW"

Remember how well the WRU system for RTTY worked back in the later 60's
and 70's?
Same problem.

They just can not win for playing by the rules no matter what.
