Hi Andrei!

WELL DONE! And congratulations to you on this achievement.

Getting stations to start using LoTW is a difficult one. I use it to serve
my own ends, rather than those who need GU for a mult, but it also has that
effect, so I am pleased in that sense.
For me, it saves me writing an awful lot of cards, and that is time I now
prefer to spend on the radio.

One of the biggest complaints I hear when asking folk to sign up to LoTW is
that they still need the cards for various awards, and until the ARRL get
more of the mainstram awards in place, they will not use LoTW.
I have tried to suggest that cards are STILL available from these stations,
but this doesn't seem to wash.

Indeed, many other GU's don't use LoTW for this very reason.

My experience has been that there are a few whose card I have never managed
to obtain via the conventional route, but have now been confirmed via LoTW.
A couple of these calls confirmed via LoTW are cards that I could use for
WAZ on RTTY too!

I feel that the ARRL really need to get some of the more well-known awards
on board, such as WAZ, WAE and IOTA. If they did that, then it would almost
certainly encourage some more folk to sign up.
I guess it as a little bit of a "chicken and egg" situation, but as they now
have WAS, I am sure they could add some more awards!

So, well done Andrei, and here's to the next 100!

73 all
