[RTTY] CPU slowdown

Hello friends,

I know the subject has been covered many times, but I cannot find the
relevant answers. Some old programs will not run on a new fast machine,
so I need a tool to "slow down" the CPU. And the tool MUST work
under Windows XP (Home). I tried MOSLO but obviously it does not
work as required under Win XP. Any ideas?
