I understand your reasoning on LW9EOC. May I suggest that the
contest rules be amended as follows:
If you submit a single band entry, but made QSOs on other bands, it is
required that they be sent in as well, otherwise the single-band entry
will not count and the entry will be discarded for incomplete logging.
Reasoning - By only submitting a partial log, he screwed everyone who
worked him on bands other than 10. That's not right.
Re OA4EI, I don't understand your reasoning here. Are you saying that
both sides of the QSO need to be 100% correct to count (like Sprint
rules)? The way most contests work is - If I copied his info correctly and
my call (or my call -1 character) is in his log, I get credit, he doesn't.
