And, as we learned from longtime ARRL Southwest Division Director N6AA
at Visalia this spring, very badly managed, especially with respect to
anything that benefits its membership. As witnessed by the recent (and
ongoing) IT issues, the lack of any technical competence in QST. And
N6AA is very well respected by those in his division, who know him well
and keep re-electing him.
