Ed,
Wasn't that 15 watts from a MOBILE antenna on 75 meters at 1/2 mile
distance? I seem to recall reading something like that.

The AMRAD filing documented interference to a HomePlug BPL system in
Potomac, MD. 15 watts brought the system down.
