Here is the current forecast discussion on space weather and geophysical activity, issued 2021 Nov 24 1230 UTC.
Solar Activity
24 hr Summary: Solar activity was very low. Regions 2896 (S17W55) and 2897 (N15W41) both decayed to simple Axx/alpha spots. Region 2898 (S24E38, Cro/beta) exhibited slight growth and developed rudimentary penumbra in its leader spots. No Earth-directed CMEs were observed.
Forecast: Solar activity is expected to be very low over 24-26 Nov with a slight chance for C-class flares.
Energetic Particle
24 hr Summary: The greater than 2 MeV electron flux reached high levels with a peak of 1,090 PFU at 23/1745 UTC. The greater than 10 MeV proton flux was at background levels.
Forecast: The greater than 2 MeV electron flux is expected to be at moderate to high levels over 24-26 Nov and the greater than 10 MeV proton flux is expected to persist at background levels.
Solar Wind
24 hr Summary: Solar wind parameters continued to wane over the period. Solar wind speed decreased from approximately 550 km/s to near 450 km/s. Total field ranged from 2-5 nT while the Bz component was between +/-4 nT. Phi angle was mostly negative.
Forecast: The solar wind environment is expected to be at near-background conditions on 24 Nov and a nominal solar wind regime is expected to prevail through 26 Nov.
Geospace
24 hr Summary: The geomagnetic field was quiet.
Forecast: Mostly quiet levels are expected on 24-26 Nov as CH HSS effects diminish.
