Interesting scenario. I think I would leave it as X-QSO. That QSO does not have
the 9-Lander’s call, so he should get a NIL. Even if you leave it as QSO, the
K3’s QSO is also there, so the questionable Q should be ignored as a dupe. You
should not get dinged for it, which usually means that for some strange reason
you will. Just for safety, set it as X-QSO, but leave it in.
It will be really interesting to see what the final verdict on it will be.
