John,
In the recent ARRL DX CW I ID'd after each time. Especially when I have long string of dupes.
Or whenever someone sends "?".
Even sent {HISCALL} de {MYCALL} while replying.
Doesn't help those who doesn't want to listen.
I hope some day  the Contest managers would start publishing a list of those doing such thing and also it would be interesting to see what they've worked ( I meant what they THOUGHT they've worked).
:-)
We have to admit that people became very lazy with the existence of DX Clusters. Just look how many go Assisted nowadays... Why sharpen your skills and enhance your Code knowledge if you may easily rely on someone else's assistance?

I believe DX Code # 3. (I will not trust the DX cluster and will be sure of
the DX station's call sign before calling) addresses blind clicking. Of
course not everyone waits for an ID or maybe they cannot copy CW however
many DX stations simply do not send their callsign as often as they should.
I know that there is a careful balance needed to control the pileup and
maximize rate but it's easy for potential callers to get impatient when they
just hear TU or QRZ after multiple QSOs.

BTW, is there anything in that code about blindly clicking on DX spots?

Thanks.
