N1MM Logger Plus already has a CW reader. See https://n1mmwp.hamdocs.com/manual-windows/cw-reader-window/

Most modern radios also have a CW reader built in.

I have run into ops using voice recognition and voice keyers on SSB. Using that, you 
don’t t need to know how to talk. Add a language translator and you don’t need
