In 1965, when Winchester changed the manufacturing process of the Model 94 
saddle carbine, verily there was great gnashing-of-teeth and wringing-of-hands 
throughout the land.

So there became “pre-65” and “new” Model 94’s.

We could have “pre-17” and “new” CQWW record scores.
