and THAT.... is why it is somewhat difficult to get a Wyoming contact in some 
of the contests...either the audio is rotten, the operator is exhibiting poor 
sportsmanship, or the station is an alligator....the audio is usually an 
instant fix by the op.. if not adhering the number two... and number threeis 
also under the direct control of the op...     and if these get fixed... their 
score will be higher... with or without a Wy contact... more likely with one.
