Look at the Reverse Beacon Network data and you can readily see how much
alternate CQing is already going on. Use those data as an index to SDR
recordings, and you can positively prove violations of 2 signals at a
time or alternate CQing. When I see a big multi using alternate CQs on
160, or in the bottom of 20M, it raises my hackles. Now that we have
means to effectively enforce this rule, I say bravo!
