A busted QSO is a Busted QSO
an op should know the difference
berween a fast exchange and someone that is going slow and say yes old man
ur in the log after each exchange

Only you know if it sounds like a good contact or not but
unless your given a reason, like wait he copied my call wrong or it sounds
like he answered someone else
as the timing of him coming back with his ecachange was a bit off

Overall to just NIL one because yhey were quick to go qrz or just did not do
it like you would
is a bit of a shame

cheers!
