I also missed the antenna impedance which will create some high RF voltage
on 160 in particular.
That is a latching relay and not suitable for what you want to do if Im
understanding that matching network correctly.
Redraw it to eliminate the 60-10M parts since you wont be using those bands;
then select the relays needed which Im a guessin' will be a pair of DPDT.
Why not make it a T top load or inverted L for 80 and then all you need is a
coil for 160, one relay and less voltage worry on 160 and none on 80.

Carl,
I know that you won't be surprised that I missed the need
for two rather than one relays ... sigh.
I'll either have to get two of the ones he recommends:
http://www.galco.com/buy/Deltrol-Controls/21014-81
Or find another matching Leach.
Thanks ... David KD4E
That relay is fine for switching coil taps but doesnt appear to be what
you need unless you wire sections in parallel and use a relay for each
band. Since youre switching at a low RF voltage point the main concern
is RF current handling and that relay looks to be overkill.

I recently acquired one of these 3PDT relays:
http://www.ebay.com/itm/Leach-Relay-Model-1177-CBF-115-Volt-50-60-Cycles-Coil-374-New-Old-Stock-/121209541061
I have an application to cold-switch sections of coil inline with
my 43' ZeroFive vertical to help with tuning on 160 + 80m.
Anyone know if this relay would be suitable to the task at full
legal ... or for that matter for RF in that application at all?
Thanks ... David KD4E
