The long-term stability of this is more or less average. If you want
to improve it further, put it in a temperature-controlled
environment, i.e. it's own box with a separate temp control circuit,
and run it 24/7. After it settles in it should be satisfactory for
most ham purposes. Crystals do "age" however, so some re-tweaking
will need to be done from time to time.
Also check the frequency variation with changes in load. It should be
stable whether the load is an open or short circuit. If there is a
change, add one or more stages of isolation.
