years ago i made a note of the rg-58u ratings from the AMPHENOL CATALOG
#ACD-6 they rated it good for 580 watts continous at 30 mhz and times 2 for
cw x4 for ssb. the rating for 75 mtrs was 2.6 kw which would be a round 7
amps.?? the 20 mtr. rating was .8 kw continous. the catalog data must of been
from over 30years ago.
