OK,
I guess I need to go back and take some remedial physics courses. It is
time for me to eat some crow.
I claimed that even a superconductor has some finite amount of loss. I have
been re-educated by a member of the mailing list who is a physicist and he
indeed tells me that superconductors are lossless. I guess you learn
something every day. I'm still amazed, but I won't dispute someone much
more learned in that area than myself.
