Comments:
Late start with 7 MHz settings. Busy band and mostly
big signals. Aurora had vanished, X-rays still at
B1.5-level. Changed to 14 MHz at 1945Z where I found
a focused Es channel to DK9PY/DL6KVA and booming SVs.
Maybe some weak traces of fluttery USA. N1MM+ did not
let me change bands, not with the mouse and not by
feeding in the frequency into the ENTER-window...
I did play with the CAT-settings recently with the
IC-705 and FTDX10, but now I had the IC-736 on its
own as always, independent from any software link.
With 14 MHz failing to deliver more, I finished on
3.5 MHz with 9 Q's before the terminal bell...
Cheers/73, Zaba OH1ZAA #1856 CWops
