As most contests are started and ended at a specific time in UTC, I would not
expect to see *any* changes made.
The local time in Standard or Daylight Savings is irrelevant when using UTC.

Subject: [CQ-Contest] Effect of daylight savings on 160 meter contests
As many have heard, the U.S. congress is likely to pass legislation making
daylight savings time (the time you see in Spring, Summer and Fall), permanent
(no more standard time).
Ive noticed that many 160 meter contests have a start time that seems to match
that with sunset on the U.S. east coast and midwest.
Any thoughts as to if we will see a change to 160 meter contest start times in
2023?
