As many have heard, the U.S. congress is likely to pass legislation making daylight savings time (the time you see in Spring, Summer and Fall), permanent (no more standard time). Ive noticed that many 160 meter contests have a start time that seems to match that with sunset on the U.S. east coast and midwest.
