[Skimmertalk] Follow-up on Skimmer with rtl_hpsdr (dongle driver)

I think you're way better off running rt_hpsdr on a Raspberry Pi than trying to get it running on Windows.

I hope to put together a ready-to-go SD card image for the RPi to make it easy to get up and running.  Give me a week or so.
