[Skimmertalk] Z60A not being copied by CT1BOH-#

But they almost never send Z60A twice in a row, or twice in the same
minute, so that doesn't give Skimmer must of a chance to get it right.  All
the QRM on the frequency doesn't help either.

Nevertheless, plenty of skimmers are copying them OK:
