[Skimmertalk] Trying to identify component in QS1R

I am new to the reflector and hope this is not too off-topic. I tried posting on the QS1R group but that seems to be dead.

I have managed to get too much RF into the QS1R and have burned a component. I am now trying to identify what it is.

It is the 6-pin IC between C56 and T1 on the board - U1x (can't read the second digit). See also http://www.dl1efd.de/misc/QS1R-identify-component.jpg

Also, is there a schematic available?

Any help is much appreciated.
