[Skimmertalk] New info. about running Skimmer using the latest 0.97 Red Pitaya OS

I left out a step to get the Red Pitaya SDR receiver running automatically
on the 0.97 Ubuntu OS (thanks Lee, VE7CC).  The */etc/rc.local* file needs
to be marked as executable using the *chmod* commad, like this:

cd /etc
mv rc.local rc.local.old
wget http://www.kkn.net/~n6tv/rc.local
chmod +x rc.local
