[Skimmertalk] CWSkimmer and Skimmer Server setup with RedPitaya

Hello Jorge, be sure you are using "Receiver compatible with HPSDR" and 
not "Transceiver compatible with HPSDR".

I had the error you are seeing when I started the wrong application on 
the Red Pitaya.
