[Skimmertalk] Please spot NCDXF beacons

Also make sure Skimmer Server is set to not just send CQ spots. There is a
checkbox in Skimmer Server you need to uncheck....the one that I believe
says "Send only CQ spots" - Aggregator will make sure non-beacon non-CQ
spots are not sent to the network.
