I've stumbled across a relatively inexpensive GPSDO 10MHz source that can
be used as an accurate frequency reference for your QS1R:

The seller will accept $140 (shipped) and possibly a little lower.

I've tested one of these for another application (already have a GPSDO on
my QS1R's) and it seems to work well.

Note that to use this with a QS1R you will have to read the QS1R
documentation on using an external frequency reference.  You need to solder
in a couple of jumpers on the board.
