[Skimmertalk] Aggregator 4.0 and latest "Using Agg" now on RBN web site

Thanks to Dick, W3OA, Aggregator 4.0 and the latest revision of the 
Using Aggregator are now on the RBN website at 
<http://www.reversebeacon.net/pages/Aggregator+19>. The big change in 
this release is support for RTTY Skimmer Server, either alone or 
simultaneously with CW Skimmer Server, and a separate section in the 
"Using" document is devoted to it.

We encourage both users of Aggregator 3.0 and users of the various beta 
versions to update to 4.0 now.  Dick has secured whitelisting from 
Symantec so that Norton anti-virus will not get in a tizzy when you 
download and install it from our website.  If your anti-virus objects, 
please turn it off until you get Aggregator 4.0 installed. We're sure 
it's OK.
