[Skimmertalk] Barking up wrong tree ? Flex and CW Skimmer Alignment (again!)

I'm still working on it, but it seems to be working today!  It was a
strange phenomenon  replicated  on different machines. I suspect is not RBN
or Flex related but something related to a VAC setting and CW Skimmer.
