[Skimmertalk] Aggregator 2.31, WintelnetX, and combining skimmers

I feel dumb!  I should have figured this out.

With the help of Dave, K1TTT (and the author of WintelnetX), I think I have
fixed the problem.  He suggested using the "Keep Alive" and the "Reconnect"
functions as outlined in the WintelnetX documentation.  Of course to
reconnect to SkimServer requires a very simple script ("callsign:" and
"wz7i").

I think we are back in business here.
