[Skimmertalk] stealth cq

Thanks Bob. Those are good hints. I feel like there should be a way one 
could avoid being spotted other than sending bad code. Skimmer copies pretty 
well, even when swinging a lazy bug!
Someday we may have the "Do not Spot" list.
